A man will appear at crown court accused of possession of an extreme pornographic image involving a sexual interference with a corpse.

Rory Alan Owen, 53, of Station Road, Dullingham, Cambridgeshire, appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday.

He faces three charges of making an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child at Tavernspite between February 11, 2014 and June 18, 2016.

It is also alleged that he was in possession of an extreme pornographic image portraying an act which involved sexual interference with a corpse, which was grossly offensive, disgusting or otherwise of an obscene character.

Owen did not enter any pleas during Tuesday’s hearing, and not guilty pleas were entered by the court on his behalf.

Magistrates declined jurisdiction and Owen will next appear at Swansea Crown Court on February 3.

He was released on bail with the conditions not to have contact with anyone under the age of 18, except in the presence of a person over the age of 25.
