POLICE negotiators helped ensure the safety of a 'distressed' man at Haverfordwest multi-storey car park late last night.

The area was blocked off by police, and crew from Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service were also at the scene.

A Dyfed-Powys Police spokesperson said: β€œAt approx. 8.55pm on Wednesday, January 11, Dyfed-Powys Police received reports of concerns for the welfare of a man in Haverfordwest.
