Representatives from Ladies Circle, 41 club, Fishguard and District Roundtable, Tangents, Lions, Soroptimists, Merched Y Wawr, WI and Camar ar Dorion hand over funds raised at a a recent Hen Galan concert to Cwtch Pembrokeshire, the Rainbow Cancer support
Money raised at a recent community Hen Galan concert at St Peter's Church, Goodwick, was handed over to three local charities last week.
Over 100 people attended the event on January 17 to help celebrate the Welsh New Year.
Co-ordinated by Cilla Morgan, the event involved nine different local organisations: Ladies Circle, 41 club, Fishguard and District Roundtable, Tangents, Lions, Soroptimists, Merched Y Wawr, WI and Camar ar Dorion.
£800 was raised in total. This was divided between three local charities Cwtch Pembrokeshire, the Rainbow Cancer support Centre and Crossroads Pembrokeshire.
Each received a cheque of £266.67, presented to them at the Fishguard Bay Hotel.
