A warning has been issued about a number of flooding incidents in the area.

Following sudden, heavy rain, there were reports of flash flooding in north Pembrokeshire, from St Dogmaels, and Abercych to Llanfyrnach, potentiall affecting properties. 

The problem was linked to blocked gullies or drainage system unable to cope with amount of rain.

Pembrokeshire County Council has issued an update on the situation this afternoon.

There is currently a road closure on road south of Tegryn due to flooding and cars breaking down and a report of risk of property flooding in Kilgetty and Begelly area.

Dangerous driving conditions have been reported on a number of roads in east Pembrokeshire due to surface water. This includes road from Templeton to Kilgetty.
