A man had to be airlifted from Pembroke Castle this afternoon following a fall.
It is not known how serious the man's injuries are but he was taken by search and rescue helicopter to Morriston Hospital after emergency services were called at around 1.20pm this afternoon (Saturday).
The Welsh Ambulance Service and Mid and West Wales Fire Service attended but due to the man's position and injury he needed to be air lifted from the castle tower.
Equipment, including a spinal support board, was winched to the castle from the helicopter.
Witnesses reported a large emergency service presence at the popular tourist attraction.
