A delivery driver has been cleared of using a handheld mobile while driving.
Sandra Bos, of Military Road, Pennar, was found not guilty of using a communications device while driving, after she stood trial at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Wednesday, May 9.
A charge of driving without third party insurance, denied by Bos, was withdrawn by the prosecution.
Bos, 30, was alleged to have used a Symbol Device while driving through Spring Gardens, Narberth, on August 9.
The court heard that a police officer stopped Bos after he spotted her moving her finger across the screen while driving.
Bos stated that she was simply checking the address of her next parcel delivery on the device, which was in a holder at the time, and was not using it as a mobile phone.
Magistrates found her not guilty of the offence.
