A 19-year-old man has admitted a charge of causing grievous bodily harm following a serious 'glassing' assault in Milford Haven on Saturday evening.
Police were called to the Haven Hotel on Hamilton Terrace just before 6pm, where an elderly man had been injured with a glass.
He required hospital treatment for facial injuries.
Brandon Dean Boswell, aged 19, of Wavell Crescent, Pembroke Dock, was located near to the hotel shortly after the incident and was arrested on suspicion of assault causing grievous bodily harm.
He was charged to court on Monday, August 27.
Boswell appeared before Llanelli Magistrates Court and admitted a charge of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Kenneth Lewis, causing grievous bodily harm.
Boswell will next appear before Swansea crown court on September 28.
