Solva 1
Goodwick United 9
Goodwick United moved up to third in the table after thrashing second from bottom Solva.
The home side were never really in this north county derby. The visitors led four nothing at half time and scored five further goals after the break. Ben Jones scored Solva’s only goal of a poor afternoon at the office.
The visitors still have seven games to play before their season ends, but also have an important West Wales Intermediate Cup semi final date to focus on, on Tuesday, April 2nd, with Swansea League outfit Penlan Club, at Stebonheath Park, home of Llanelli FC.
Goodwick ran riot and bagged goals through Stephen Evans (2), Rhys Dalling (2), TomJones, Kieran O’Brien, Ryan Thomas, Darren Devonald and James Evans.
The only goal that Peter Cole’s side could muster was through Jones and they have just one game left to secure precious points if they are to avoid relegation.
Hundleton sit bottom just three points behind with only one team demoted to division two at the end of the campaign.
