Busy summer for Milford gymnasts

MILFORD Haven Gymnastics Club has been very busy over the summer.
The club held a training camp for five days in early August. Nick Illingworth, of world renowned Spelbound, the gymnastic troupe who won the fourth series of Britains Got Talent in 2010, coached the Acro Squad and they learnt a lot from his expertise of choreographing routines. He enjoyed his stay in Pembrokeshire and the club would love to see him return.
The club also attended Broad Haven Carnival where they had a stall that raised funds towards the Training Camp.
On Friday, August 23 a number of gymnasts performed on the village green in Little Haven.
The Acro squad and younger members of the Prep squad will be travelling to Honiton, Devon to take part in a Sports Acrobatic competition at the end the month.
Ten gymnasts from the club have been selected for the Welsh squad to take part in the first two-day international in Holland at the end of November. Good luck to Louise, Imogen, Alex, Katy, Vicky, Felicity, Ashleigh, Niamh, Meghan and Tamzin.
