A TEAM of senior golfers from Haverfordwest Golf Club played in an invitational event at the Belfry.
Many of the top amateurs from Europe took part in an enjoyable three-day event.
The highlights for the team from Pembrokeshire playing the Belfry were John Barrack's birdie and Arthur Williams' delightful iron shot over the water on the notorious 18th for a par.
The club is holding a charity golf day on Friday, October 11 in aid of the Withybush Hospital Cancer Day Unit that is already a sell out. Everyone is welcome to watch the action from the terrace.
Another fund raising event is a Race Night on Saturday, October 19. Tickets are available from the club for this fun event priced at £6.50 per person to include a basket meal and a drink.
