Vikings win high-scoring affair

REIGNING champions Hakin United came out on top at St Clears in a 12 goal fest.
The Vikings led 3-2 at half time and then scored five further goals in the second half to run out comfortable victors over the Saints.
Adam Davies gave the visitors the lead in the 10th minute. Steve Thomas equalised and then added a second to put the Saints in front.
Steve Allen equalised in the 30th minute and James Stanmore lashed home from 15 yards that gave the Vikings a slender interval lead.
Five minutes after the interval and James Howes equalised for the hosts. Ashley Bevan struck a low 30-yard shot that flew in the far corner and the Vikings ran riot with further goals from Davies, Allen penalty, Stanmore and Bevan. The Saints had the final say as Sean Seymour Davies grabbed a late consolation effort.
