NEYLAND pressed the self-destruct button, leading by one goal with only four minutes to go; they conceded two late goals and finished the match with nine men and defeat.
Conditions were horrendous on the Racecourse, gale-force winds with persistent rain, a remedy for a battle and thats exactly what happened.
The visitors struck early as Nomads striker Patrick Bellerby gobbled-up a rebound from inside the six-yard box.
The Nomads looked as though one-goal would be enough for victory, but things took a dramatic twist for the worst as the Nomads had Jeremy Evans and substitute Mike Chandler both red-carded.
Stephen McNabney equalised in the 86th minute and to add insult to Nomads pride Peter Thomas converted a last-gasp penalty to steal victory when defeat was staring the Wizards in the face.
