West Dragons 9

Pennar Robins 1

WEST Dragons were too strong in every department for Pennar Robins, who slumped to their heaviest defeat of the season.

Dragons’ manager Byron Phillips said: “We really played well and poor old Robins had a bad day. The strikers will get the praise for scoring, but the whole team played well and that’s what pleased me.”

The Dragons led 4-0 at half time and they scored five further goals in the second half with Nathan Paterson scoring the visitors’ solitary goal.

Leading the goal rush for the Dragons was Bradley Barrett who scored four; Jonny Horgan claimed a hat-trick and Scott Crawford grabbed a brace to complete the scoring.
