Haverfordwest (114 for 4) beat Narberth (111 all out)

HAVERFORDWEST eased to victory over Narberth at The Racecourse as a five-wicket haul from Adam James helped shoot out the visitors for 111 runs and then The Town eased home with six wickets and over ten overs in hand.

James raced in to cause early problems by moving the ball about and took four wickets as Ritchie Adams scored 17 before James caught him off Josh Wilment (1 for 31) .Narberth struggled to 56 for 5 before Kyle Keane slammed 20 (two sixes and two fours) and Kamal Sharma (18) helped them to 111 all out as James ended up with 5 for 39 and wily off-spinner Clive Tucker gave support with 4 for 21.

Haverfordwest lost Ben Field for a second-ball duck but Simon Holliday (25) and Jonathan Strawbridge (22) helped settle things down against Ian Hughes (3 for 31) and Sean Coaker (1 for 18). Then Town skipper Danny Potter showed what a classy bat he is with ten fours and a six in his undefeated 54 to set the seal on victory.
