Hello gang!

Just got home from the game against Ulster in Parc y Scarlets and I am absolutely delighted to be writing to you after a massive win putting ourselves back in the race to qualify to the quarter finals of the European Rugby Champions Cup.

I’m pleased to say that the old Rob is back this week! Like I said last week, it was going to take me a few days to get over last weeks performance and it sure did - don't think I was fully over it until the final whistle went on Sunday ato see us claim a famous 22-13 victory of over the Belfast outfit.

We looked back at the video analysis last week and had a few things to put right and I believe we did that. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be a bit sore tomorrow but wouldn't change it for the world after a win like that.

The boys really did work hard to put last week right and I think they tried extra hard as they knew there was a rowdy lot coming up from Pembrokeshire! It was nice to see a few familiar faces after the match and also hear some deep Pembrokeshire singing voices during the game!

Think it's fair to say 'Pembrokeshire Day' overall was a big success especially after getting the 'W'. If it could be like that every week it would be awesome.

Anyway onto this week now and it's a very short turn around for us as we've played tonight (Sunday evening) and we face our next Welsh Derby of the season and also the first one of three coming up over the Christmas period back in the Guinness PRO12.

We've got the Cardiff Blues in the famous BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park this Friday evening which will be another tough encounter I'm sure. Hopefully the coaches will go a bit easier on us this week so we have the chance to get our bodies fit and ready to take it to the Cardiff side and get back on track in order to climb up the table.

Anyway better get some sleep as we're up early for some pool recovery.

Hope you’re all getting ready for Christmas. We put our tree up this week and fair play to the mother she did a good job at decorating it.  I would just like to say be careful on these roads the next couple of weeks as I nearly ended up in a hedge this week with the icy roads the way they were. Anyway take care and be safe and I’ll catch you next week when we will all be looking forward to our Turkey dinners.

Rob
