Hello all, hope your all ready for your Christmas dinners and some good times with family and friends. I most definitely am looking forward to my Christmas dinner but won't be able to eat too much with the big game coming up on the 27th.

It's our second derby of this festive period and as I'm sure you're all aware we didn't get the result we were after last Friday against the Blues at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park. I haven't got much to say about it apart from we just didn't turn up. Oh and I'm not denying that I didn't have one of my best games either; but as the saying goes onwards and upwards and we've got no bigger of a task than this week against the Ospreys who are in fine form this season and flying high at the top of the table.

We are still yet to win an away game this season despite being unbeaten at home so yes it is going to be a massive task but I'm confident as I am every week us boys can deliver a result and come out the other side with a Scarlets win.

Anyway don't want to bore you all to much with rugby talk on Christmas week as I'm sure you're all excited and there is plenty of mince pies and mulled wine being consumed.

I'll leave you all to it - wishing you a Merry Christmas and a happy and fun one too. Wrap up warm, take care and be safe and enjoy your pigs in blankets.
