TODAY will represent a dream come true for Pembrokeshire's Sean Bowen when he rides 50-1 outshot Mon Parrain at the Crabbie's Aintree Grand National.
The 17-year-old qualified for the race with a treble of wins at Haydock last weekend, success that propelled him to the top of the Conditional Jockeys' table.
Bowen will be aiming to match the feat of Bruce Hobbs, who won the National at the same age on 40-1 outside Battleship in 1938.
And there will be further Pembrokeshire interest, with the Peter Bowen (Sean's father) trained Al Co also running, as is the Rebecca Curtis trained Bob Ford.
