THE DR Morris Cup semi finals have been finalised following last week’s last eight games.
On Tuesday, holders Neyland made the final four without having to step on the field after Lamphey withdrew, unable to make a side.
On the same night, Carew registered a big win over Lawrenny.
The home side made 194-4 with big contributions from Ian Sefton (69), Rhys Davies (52), Brian Hall (30), and Lewis Hicks (24 not out).
For Lawrenny, Simon Cole (1-34), Dan Eddison (1-40) and Jamie Lewis (1-55) took wickets.
Rob Williams (57) and James Buckle (30) gave Lawrenny hope in their reply, but no other batsman got going against Rhys Davies (4-18) and James Hinchliffe (3-25), and Ceri Brace (2-19) as the visitors were dismissed for 119.
St Ishmaels also made the last four with a home win over Kilgetty on Thursday.
Tish made 162 for 5 thanks to skipper Peter Bradshaw (78), Steve Hartley (29), and Brennan Devonald (14) - against the bowling of Kurtis Marsh (1-28), Jack Parkinson (1-33), Grant Hardy (2-26) and Kyle Marsh (1-29).
But their reply never really got going, finishing 112-8 as Ian Poole (15), Parkinson (14), and Tomos Lewis (14) all failed to build on starts.
The returning Andrew Palmer (2-22), Jonathan (2-20) and Andrew Pawlett (1-19), Jordan Milich (1-22) and Devonald (1-13) kept the home side on top.
And on the same night, Cresselly hammered home side Hook by 86 runs.
The visitors made 200-5 with runs for Adam Chandler (56 not out), Iwan Izzard (53), Ryan Lewis (34) and Brad McDermott-Jenkins (33).
Hook were 114 all out in their reply, with Brennan Martin (19) and Jack Britton (20) their main run scorers as Harry Thomas (3-26) and Simon Cole (2-11) did the damage for Cresselly.
The semi finals will see Neyland take on St Ishmaels at Pembroke Dock on Tuesday, June 30, while Cresselly will meet Carew at Kilgetty on Thursday, July 2.
The final will be at Oatfield Park, Burton, on Sunday, July 19.
