ON the whole it was a good day for Pembrokeshire teams involved in Saturday’s first round of the West Wales Intermediate Cup.

A stunning hat-trick from William Haworth and solitary strike by Noah Richards earned Camrose a 4-0 win at home to Goderegraig Athletic.

Solva won 3-1 against Bryn Rovers, Phil Isles brace and Morgan Elliot scored for the hosts.

Steve Thomas and James Dixon scored for St Clears who narrowly won 2-1 at home against Caerbryn.

In an all Pembrokeshire tie, saw Tenby beat Angle 7-2. Joe Leahy (3), Jordan Richards (2), Sam Christopher and Daryl Mansbridge were on target for the Seasiders, while Ben Green and Tom Powell scored for the visitors.

Jonny Horgan scored twice alongside goals from team-mates Kieran O’Brien and Rob Morgans that saw Goodwick United win 4-1 at Trallwm.

Ashley Bevan (2), Adam Davies, Nicky Woodrow and James Stanmore scored for Hakin United who gained an impressive 5-0 victory at Mumbles Rangers.

The biggest winning margin was West Dragons’ a staggering 15-0 victory at Cwm Albion Colts. Matthew Price (5), Ewan Cunningham (3), Scott Crawford (2), Jordan Thomas (2), Daniel Bryce, Steven Allen and Lee Palmer scored for the on fire Dragons.

Merlins Bridge thrashed Briton Ferry 9-0 in their own backyard, scoring for the Wizards were Nathan Greene (2), Stephen McNabney (2), Jordan Raymond (2), Ben Skudder, James Skudder and Nathan Thomas.
