Former Wales and British Lions rugby international Lee Byrne is currently helping put people through their paces at a Boot Camp Wales event in St Davids.
Organised by Man-up UK, the day-long event forms part of the introduction to the company's latest four week boot camp.
At 8am this morning, the group began with an hour long fitness session at St Davids RFC, led by Fintan, before Byrne arrived to lead the group on a coastal run around Whitesands - the same route used for the popular annual Whitesands Challenge Triathlon.
At lunchtime, Byrne is then scheduled to give a talk on nutrition and fitness at the Sound Cafe, St Davids, before everyone returns to the rugby club for a final session this afternoon.
