THERE will be a 'Girls Only Tag Festival' for Primary Schools at Haverfordwest RFC next Wednesday.
The event will run from 10.30am-2.30pm, and will be a chance to further promote the Cleddau Wildcats, one of the two newly established HUB clubs for female rugby in Pembrokeshire.
Pembrokeshire rugby HUB officer Lloyd Phillips will also be in attendance - and is supplying the referees from Pembrokeshire College.
Jamie Meek, the Sports Ambassador from Tasker Millward who along with WRU Regional Rugby Coordinator Mike King has helped organise the event, will also be there on the day.
More than 20 Primary Schools have already committed themselves to entering what promises to be another major step forward in the development of girls rugby in Pembrokeshire.
