THE outlook of Division Three West A is now set to change ahead of the 2016/17 season after Amman United RFC won their appeal against being included in the division on Monday night.

The Ammanford based club were relegated from Division Two West last season, but to the surprise of many, were originally announced as one of the ten teams in the 'Pembrokeshire' league for this campaign.

However, after successfully appealing the decision, they will now compete in Division Three West B.

Telegraph Sport contacted the WRU this morning and were told that as of yet, it has not been finalised whether or not Amman will be replaced in Division Three West A, or whether the league will consist of nine teams instead of ten.

"It is now a matter for the regulatory committee," a WRU spokesman said.

The latest development is now likely to delay the announcement of fixtures for the 2016/17 season.
