It turned out to be a good afternoon for teams from Pembrokeshire involved in the West Wales Intermediate Cup first round ties played on Saturday.

Narberth won 10-1 at Alltwen with Callum O’Connell (5), Tony Evans (4) and Ben John scoring for the Bluebirds.

Saundersfoot Sports lost 0-3 against West Dragons. Scott Crawford opened the scoring in the 20th minute, Dorian Davies added a second goal with a thumping shot that flew in off the underside of the crossbar. Steve Allen missed a penalty, but Crawford set-up Jordan Williams for a simple tap-in for the third.

There were two games played in Division One on Saturday, Goodwick United drew 2-2 with Tenby at Phoenix Park, the visitors led 1-2 at half time with Sam Christopher and Daryl Mansbridge scoring for the visitors. Scott Delaney scored for the hosts, and the centre back also equalised in the second half.

Johnston lost 2-6 against Milford United at Glebelands, the Robins led 1-3 at half time and scored three further goals in the second period to run out comfortable winners.
