I wonder which 'genius' in the Kremlin thought of this one?And charging at Lower Town Fishguard too...haha what a joke...we have to pay the visitors almost to park there as there is nothing for them to do when they get there, no coffee, no food in Lower Town as the only pub there doesnt serve it...what a joke...start charging PCC employees to use their currently free carpark...every other poor b has to pay to park and go to work in Haverfordwest so why dont they.....its pathetic...quite agree which plonker thought this one up.

Cabinet to discuss future of education in St Davids - including possible closure of Ysgol Dewi Sant

You have to wonder what sort of infrastructure Pembrokeshire will have left for the future. Perhaps the next version of PCC will have an impossible job in providing services that meet our requirements.
As we have paid the lowest council tax in Wales for some years, we probably have a level of services that cannot be cut that much, without an increase in Council Tax.. Still we can apparently afford a £75m potential investment contribution towards 21st Century Schools and have already earmarked some £13m as a capital Reserve item. ( this includes a contribution of £174,000 from "surplus" revenue during 2012/13).
The current years cuts included £400,000 on vacancy management. What effect has this had on staff morale.?

I agree that it's a pity members of the IPPG haven't come on this thread to defend their leader's position.
However Councillor Adams is the democratically elected leader of the council because his party the IPG won a majority of the seats in a free and fair election.
He says he has seen this legal advice and says that it puts the council in the clear, so why can't his opponents just accept that and move on?
Abstruse, legalistic comments about events in Caerphilly more than a hundred miles away, are just a distraction.
