Welsh Government Notice Of Proposed Orders Under Sections 554 And 556 Of The Education Act 1996 For The Following Discontinued Schools

Burton Primary School Houghton (otherwise known as Houghton School, Burton), Houghton, Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, was conveyed by a deed dated 12 December 1925 between Mabel Daughady Saunders-Davies (1) David Leighton Davies, John Hugh Sandham Griffith and Richard Rice Thomas (2). The school closed prior to 2013. The order for the above school extinguishes the rights of any successors in title to the original grantors, under the trusts for sale which has or may have arisen by virtue of section 1 of the Reverter of Sites Act 1967 That for the purposes of the Reverter of Sites Act 1987 any beneficiary under such trust for sale who wishes to oppose the extinguishment of his or her rights should notify his or her claim in writing to Carreg Law at its address given below no later than 3 months following the date of publication of this notice.
That, subject to consideration of any representations, and unless a valid claim under the Reverter of Sites Act 1987 is notified and such claim not withdrawn, the Senedd proposes to mate the orders. The purpose of the orders will be to enable the assets of the discontinued schools, to be applied tor the benefit of new and continuing voluntary and foundation schools of the same denomination in the state system of education within the Diocese.
Any person interested may within 3 months after the date of publication of this Notice make representations on the proposed orders in writing to Edward Friend, Carreg Law, No 2 King Street, Uandeik) SA19 6AA. A copy of the proposed orders may be inspected from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. for 3 months after the date of this notice at the above address.

Byddai'r gorchmynion ar gyfer yr ysgolion uchod yn diddymu hawliau unrhyw ofynwyr yn y tertl i'r grantwyr gwreiddiol, o dan yr ymddiriedolaethau i werthu sydd wedi codi neu a all fod wedi codi yn rhinwedd adran 1 o Ddeddf Dychwelyd Safleoedd 1987.
Y dylai unrhyw fuddiolwr o dan y cyfryw ymddiriedolaeth i werthu, sy"n dymuno gwrthwynebu diddymu ei hawliau, at ddibenion Deddf Dychwelyd Safleoedd 1987, roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig o'i hawliad i Carreg Law yn ei gyfeiriad a roddir isod heb fbd yn hwyrach na 3 mis yn dilyn dyddiad cyhoeddit hysbysiad hwn.
Bod Senedd Cymru, yn ddarostyngedig i'r ystyriaeth a roddir i unrhyw sylwadau, ac oni cheir hysbysiad o hawliad dilys o dan Ddeddf Dychwelyd Safleoedd 1967 ac nad yw'r hawliad hwnnw yn cael ei dynnu'n 61, yn bwriadu gwneud y gorchymynion.
?iben y gorchmynion fydd galluogi i asedai/r ysgolion sydd wedi eu terfynu gael eu cymhwyso er budd ysgolion gwirfoddol ac ysgolion sefydledig s/n newydd a'r rhai sy'n parhau, s/n perthyn i'r un enwad, ac s/n dod o fewn system addysg y wladwriaeth ac o fewn yr Esgobaeth. Caiff unrhyw berson a chanddo fuddiant gyflwyno sylwadau ysgrifenedig ar y gorchmynion ariaethedig i Edward Friend, Carreg Law, 2 Stryd Y Brenin, Uandeilo SA19 6AA, o fewn 3 mis ar dl dyddiad cyhoeddi'r Hysbysiad hwn. Gellir edrych ar gopi o'r gorchmynion ariaethedig yn y cyfeiriad uchod rhwng 10 a.m. a 4 p.m. o ddydd Uun i ddydd Gwener am gyfnod o 3 mis ar 61 dyddiad yr hysbysiad hwn. Dyddiad: 30 Mawrth 2022_
