Mae'n ofynnol i Gyngor Sir Penfro ["y Cyngor"! sefydlu Paneli Apeliadau Addysg i wrando ar apeli adau yn ymwneud a derbyn di sgybli on i ysgoli on ac apeli adau ynglyn a gwahardd di sgybli on yn barhaol o ysgolion yn y sectorau Cynradd ac Uwchradd.
Gwahoddir ceisiadau ar gyfer penodi aelodau lleyg i'r paneli hynny. Diffinnir "aelod lleyg" fel person heb brofad personol o reoli unrhyw ysgol neu ddarparu addysg mewn unrhyw ysgol (ac eithrio fel Llywodraethwr neu mewn unrhyw swydd wirfoddol arall). Gwahoddir ceisiadau hefyd am bobl: -
- I eistedd ar y panel apeliadau derbyn sydd a phrofiad o addysg neu sy'n gyfarwydd a chyflwr addysg yn Sir Benfro neu'n rhieni i ddisgyblion cofrestredig mewn ysgol;
- I eistedd ar y panel apeliadau gwahardd sy'n bennaeth neu sy'n berson sy'n gweithio ar hyn obryd ym maes rheoli addysg.
Mae aelodau a gweithwyr y Cyngor (ac eithrio person a gyflogir fel athro) ac unrhyw berson
sydd, neu sydd wedi bod ag unrhyw gysylltiad ar unrhyw adeg a'r Cyngor neu unrhyw weithiwr
i'r Cyngor o'r fath y gellid tybio'n rhesymol ei fod yn codi amheuon ynghylch gallu'r person i
weithredu'n ddiduedd mewn perthynas a'r Cyngor, yn cael eu hanghymwyso rhag bod yn aelod o'r Paneli Apeliadau.
Fel arfer bydd y Paneli'n eistedd rhwng 9:00 y.b. a 5:00 y.p. o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener, ond rhaid i aelodau'r panel fod yn barod i eistedd hyd nes y bydd apel wedi dod i ben. Ymgynghorir
bob amser a'r rhai a benodir i'r paneli am eu gallu i fod yn bresennol mewn gwrandawiadau ar ddyddiau penodol.
Bydd y personau hynny a benodir i'r paneli'n cael hyfforddiant cyn eistedd ar wrandawiad panel. Dylai personau sydd a diddordeb wneud cais yn ysgrifenedig, gan gynnwys Curriculum Vitae, i Claire Incledon, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol a Phwyllgorau, Cyngor Sir Penfro, Neuadd y Sir, Hwlffordd, SA6I ITP. RECRUITMENT OF MEMBERS FOR EDUCATION APPEAL PANELS
Pembrokeshire County Council ["the Council"] is required to establish Education Appeal
Panels to hear appeals regarding admissions of pupils to schools and appeals regarding permanent exclusions of pupils from schools in both the Primary and Secondary sectors. Applications are invited for the appointment of lay members to sit on those panels. A "lay member" is defined as a person without personal experience in the management of any school or the provision of education in any school (other than as a Governor or in any
other voluntary capacity).
Applications are also invited for persons:-
- to sit on the admission appeal panel who have experience in education, or who are acquainted with educational conditions in Pembrokeshire or are parents of registered pupils at a school; -to sit on the exclusion appeal panel who are a head teacher or other person currently working
in education management.
Members and employees of the Council (other than a person employed as a teacher) and any person who has, or at any time has had, any connection with the Council or any employee of
the Council of a kind which might reasonably be taken to raise doubts about the person's ability
to act impartially in relation to the Council, are disqualified from membership of the Appeal Panels.
Panels normally sit between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday, but panel
members must be prepared to sit until an appeal is concluded. Those appointed to the panels will always be consulted as to their availability for attendance at hearings on particular days Those persons appoi nted to si t on the panels wi ll be provi ded with trai ni ng prior to sitti ng on a panel hearing.

Drwy hyn rhoddi r HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Si r Penfro yn bwri adu ni d llai na saith diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad hwn, i wneud Gorchymyn dan Adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffg Ffyrdd 1984 fel y'i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991. Mae'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith tyllu sy'n gysylltiedig a gosod cebl trydan newydd ar hyd neu yng nghyffiniau'r lon.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro unrhyw gerbyd, neu unrhyw berson sy'n cerdded
neu ar gefn ceffyl neu'n arwain ceffyl, rhag teithio ar hyd y darn yma o'r llwybr ceffyl (PP2I/4/4) o bwynt lle mae'n cwrdd a ffordd dosbarth III (C3007) ger Lower Freystrop (Cyf. Grid: SM955I26) tua'r gorllewin i bwynt lle mae'n cwrdd PP2I/4/3 ger yr eiddo Pencaer (Cyf. Grid: SM950I25). Bydd eithriadau i'r Gorchymyn ar gyfer mynediad cerbydau a cherddwyr i eiddo neu unrhyw beth sy'n gysylltiedig a'r gwaith.

THE COUNTY OF PEMBROKE (PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY (BRIDLEWAY PP2I/4/4) NR LOWER FREYSTROP) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR & NON VEHICULAR TRAFFIC) ORDER 20I7
NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council intend not less than seven days
from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The proposed Order is necessary so that excavation work associated with the installation of a
new electricity cable can be carried out along or in the region of the lane.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit any vehicle, or any person on foot or
horseback or leading a horse, from proceeding along that length of bridleway (PP2I/4/4) from a
point where it meets the class III (C3007) road near Lower Freystrop (Grid Ref:SM955I26)
west to a point where it joins PP2I/4/3 near the property Pencaer (Grid Ref:SM950I25). There
will be exemptions in the Order for vehicle and pedestrian access to property and anything in connection with the works.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect on
Monday 30th January 20I7, and remain in force for a period of approximately 3 weeks.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 6 months as a contingency should the
works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. There is no alternative route for users whilst the closure is in operation. Dyddiedig IIeg diwrnod o Ionawr 20I7/Dated this IIth day of January 20I7
