LocationRosebush is a small village on the southern slopes of the Preseli Hills in North Pembrokeshire and it origins lie in the development of large slate quarries in these hills. The Preseli Hotel and fish ponds were built in 1876 in an attempt to attract tourists to Rosebush on the newly built railway. The hotel still survives today as the welcoming Tafarn Sinc pub, which serves wonderful cooked meals using the best local produce. The fishponds are now a feature of Rosebush Holiday Park.
