From Carmarthen take the A40 towards Llandeilo and on towards Llandovery. Proceed through Llandeilo and on to Rhosmaen. After Rhosmaen look out for sign on left-side of road for Cwmifor. Take a left here for the village - you need to stay on this road for 1.5km, proceeding through the village of Cwmifor and continue until you see a painted stone white cottage on your left. Take the left turn immediately after this cottage (sign-posted Taliaris). Stay on this road for about 450m til you reach a small crossroads. Turn left here (no-through road).
