The lodge is situated within Whitehall Holiday Park, which is a family run site, situated in a 21 acre scenic setting in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, the site is open between the 1st March and 6th November. The lease is for 15 years which is then reviewable.

It lies along the A4139 road, west by road from Tenby and Penally and west of Manorbier.
