SPAN Arts continues its series of free Stitching Stories workshops exploring Preseli life and land through textiles, memory and digital technology in the new year.
The experimental workshops aim to produce an interactive quilt with stories to tell.
Using techniques such as embroidery, felting, printing and image transfer participants can help textile artist Nia Lewis create this extraordinary artwork. No previous experience with textiles is required – but bring an open mind as this will be a quilt like no other.
If you can only come to one or two you are welcome as well – so get moving for the final two on January 4 and 11 between 1pm and 4pm.
The free workshops are part of Planed's HLF funded Great Place project 'Preseli Heartlands' and are held at Maenclochog hall.
