THERE’S a treat in store for jazz lovers on Thursday, July 18, when SpanJazz Arts presents a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong.
Youthful and versatile vocalist Sarah Meek will be appearing alongside the vastly-experienced David Cottle Trio – regarded as one of the best jazz trios in the UK – at The Plas, Narberth, at 8pm.
Sarah brings a new youthful energy to jazz with her powerful and versatile delivery, coupled with an engaging stage presence and wide musical knowledge that has found her Welsh, UK and international audiences.
She and the David Cottle Trio will be teaming up to to deliver a fun performance of selected tracks from the legendary Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong, including hits such as I Won't Dance, Cheek to Cheek and Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off.
