Some of Pembrokeshire and west Carmarthenshire’s best-loved comedy artists are coming together for a top night of entertainment.

Pembrokeshire Agricultural Society proudly presents More Muck Than Judgement featuring Will Pritchard, Derek Rees, Brian Harries, Huw George, Dan Morgan, Joy Parc-Y-Marl, Lawrence Hancock, Aled Rhys-Jones, Margaret Harries, Dennis Reed and John Cwmbetws.

The event is being staged at The Pavilion, County Showground, Haverfordwest, on Friday, October 25.

It’s being organised by immediate past PAS president Brian Harries.

Well-known for his charitable fundraising and after-dinner speaking, Brian has drawn on his wide circle of friends – who like him revel in making people laugh – to take part.

“I have drawn on people from all over the county and beyond who share a love of the stage, enjoy public speaking and know how to deliver a funny line or two,” explained Brian.

“Not one person has turned me down so we have an exceptional list of acts on the bill, including local farmer and compere Will Pritchard, John Davies, who is taking time out of his busy schedule with the Royal Welsh Show to support the County Show, broadcaster and public speaker Aled Rhys-Jones, plus I am delighted that there will be some surprises during the evening too which are being kept tightly under wraps until the event.”

He added: “The show will be a chance for members of the PAS to get together and enjoy a social evening in the off-season as I’m keen that being a society member means more than just the three-day County Show each year.

“It will also be a vital fundraiser to kick-start the 2020 show campaign so I am hoping we can get a sell-out. Tickets are selling fast so please don’t delay in booking to avoid disappointment.”

Jan Pearce, society chief executive, added: “We look forward to welcoming everyone to the event; with 11 stars appearing, I think it’s safe to say people will be crying laughing and possibly be laughing in the aisles too. Tickets are selling fast so don’t leave it long until you book.”

Doors open at 6.30pm and the show commences at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £20 to include a hot meat roll.
