FAMILIES in Pembrokeshire are being offered the chance to experience Christmas on ice at Milford Marina this December.
As part of the annual Christmas Cracker celebrations, organised by the Port of Milford Haven, an ice rink will be set up next to Marina Control between Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 14.
The entertainment will be ramped up on Saturday, December 13 and Sunday, December 14 for the Christmas Cracker Weekend when, as well as ice skating, Santa’s Grotto will be open in Milford Museum, along with face painting and special guests from Pembrokeshire Mascots.
There will also be a chance to buy a unique stocking filler as local author of ‘Tommy Parker, Destiny Will Find You’, Anthony Ormond will be at the museum signing copies of his latest book of time-travel adventures set in Milford Haven.
In addition to a full programme of festive fun, Radio Pembrokeshire will be broadcasting live from Milford Marina between 12-2pm on Saturday, December 13.
Ice skating opening times:
Saturday, December 6 – 12pm to 8pm
Sunday, December 7– 12pm to 6pm
Monday, December 8 to Thursday, December 11 – 4pm to 8pm
Friday, December 12 – Closed for private function
Saturday, December 13 – 12pm to 8pm and joined by Radio Pembrokeshire between 12-2pm
Sunday, December 14– 12pm to 6pm
Ticket are £3.50 per person on the day, with sessions lasting approximately 30 minutes. Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Group ice skating bookings can also be taken between December 8-12 between 12-2pm at a reduced rate. Please email marketing@mhpa.co.uk if you would like to arrange a group booking.
