MORE than 50 vintage and classic motorcycles were on display at the annual Festival of Motorcycles at Milford Haven Marina on Sunday, May 1.
Organised by Pembrokeshire Vintage and Classic Motorcycle Club, the event was supported by a host of local sponsors, including the Port of Milford Haven, St Johns Ambulance, Hakin Point RNLI ladies, Celtic Motorcycles and Scooters Honeyborough and Monster Motorcycles Waterston.
Visitors were able to take a closer look at a host of classic two-wheelers, after owners braved the bad weather to take part.
Winners of the following Trophies were:
Best in Show – Triumph Metisse - Michael Doncaster
Best two-Stroke – Ariel arrow – Mike Harries
Furthest Travelled – Ducati Mike Davey – Swansea
Best Competition New Track Jawa – Rob Morgan A40 Garage
Most Interesting – Indian – Jim Buck
Best Military – Indian – Ian Bannister.
Organiser Glyn Garland thanked everyone for attending, and making the event such an enjoyable day, despite the rain affecting predicted numbers.
