DISCOVER the extraordinary story of bird migration at a special event at Milford Haven Library this week.

Tonight (Thursday, November 9) at 6.30 pm David Saunders MBE will be discussing the journeys of thousands of miles undertaken by migrating birds, some weighing no more than three tea bags.

In 1960, David became the first warden of Skomer Island and has spent a lifetime in wildlife conservation, for which he was awarded the MBE in 2003.

He now writes regularly for ‘Bird Watching’ magazine, and has published a number of books including the ‘RSPB Guide to British Birds’.

The event is free to attend and no booking is required.
