Patients can expect “business as usual” as hospital services get back to normal tomorrow.
Hywel Dda University Health Board said planned operations and clinics will resume tomorrow (Monday, March 5) following the weather disruption.
If a problem remains with a service patients will be contacted directly.
Chief executive Steve Moore praised the commitment of staff and volunteers as well as thanking patients for their patience.
Mr Moore said: “We are pleased to have been able to maintain the vast majority of services through this adverse weather and that is really thanks to the tenacity and commitment of our staff who have really pulled out all the stops for our patients. We also thank patients themselves for their support and understanding, as well as our partners and volunteers. The weather may have been extremely cold but our community spirit is very warm indeed.”
