STOMPING rockabilly and Latin American rhythms come to St Ishmaels this month.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Mongrel State's powerful sound is heavily influenced by raw rock n’ roll and a red hot stew of 'Musica del Sud'.
Promising an explosive and vibrant show, their sound has drawn comparisons with Jon Spencer's Heavy Trash and Calexico.
Darren, Claudio, Guillermo and Sebastian - who hail from Ireland, Italy, Spain and Argentina - fuse traditional rhythms and percussion with modern production values and tight, inventive songwriting.
Don't miss out on seeing them on this limited UK tour.
Mongrel State will be performing at St Ishmaels Sports and Social Club, on Friday 26th May 26, at 8pm.
Tickets are £10 and available at the club or telephone 01646 636444 or 07866 283923.
