Monday meet
ARE you an unpaid carer? Do you look after someone you love, either friend or family?
The 'Monday meet' could be right up your street.
It's a safe and friendly space for carers to get together, chat, share stories, play board games and relax for a few hours over a cup of tea.
Every Monday from October 15, between 10am and noon, at Milford Haven Library.
