NORTH Road Baptist Church, Milford Haven, celebrates its 140th anniversary this weekend.
On Sunday, October 7, at 11am the congregation will celebrate 140 years of worship at the present site.
The service will be conducted by the Rev Judith Morris, Secretary of the Baptist Union of Wales.
The members have been reminded in recent weeks of the fact that Baptists have been present in Milford Haven since 1804.
At first they met in a rented loft in Hill Street, Hakin, then at Short Lane Chapel before the present building was erected.
A warm welcome is extended to any one wishing to join in this celebratory service as we give thanks to God for His goodness to the Church.
