A CALL has gone out to across Pembrokeshire, for everyone opposed to the downgrading of Withybush Hospital to join forces on November 3.
Organisers are urging people to come out in their thousands, and give a clear signal the county will not tolerate the removal of services.
“We are organising the biggest ever rally to stand outside Withybush Hospital and demonstrate the people of Pembrokeshire are still fighting Hywel Dda Health Board,” the group’s Facebook page reads.
“The time has finally come for you all to pull out all the stops and get yourself, family, friends, whoever, to this rally.
“Forget about those who say: “There’s nothing you can do” or “The decision has been made” - this time you need to stand up and unite for your hospital.”
Children are welcome to join, and the rally is scheduled to take place between noon and 2pm.
Protesters are invited to create placards and posters to bring along.

Over the next six weeks, Preseli-Pembrokeshire Labour party is also hosting a silent vigil every Saturday at 11am, outside the hospital to protest Hywel Dda health board’s plans for the future of healthcare across the region.
