A Neyland man has denied driving without insurance and failing to provide a breath sample.
Shamus Julius Dwaine, of Frederick Street, pleaded not guilty to both charges when he appeared before Haverfordwest magistrates on Tuesday, October 30.
Dwaine, 41, is alleged to have used a Vauxhall Astra on Pembroke Road, Milford Haven, without third party insurance on October 14.
He also faces a charge of failing to provide a sample of breath for analysis when suspected of an offence at Haverfordwest on the same date.
A trial date was listed for December 6 and Dwaine was released on unconditional bail.
