VOLUNTEERS are needed to help out at Milford Waterfront's new parkrun event.

The runs, beginning this spring, will take place every Saturday at 9am.

Volunteers and run directors are needed to make sure the event is well-managed.

Event directors must be aged 18 or over, but those under the age of 18 can be run directors, if accompanied by an adult run director.

Children can volunteer as tail runners and/or marshals if accompanied by an adult volunteer.
