A FAMILY-friendly 5k cycle challenge will take place in Milford Haven this April.
Cycle two laps around Milford Haven town centre, along the Rath, finishing at Milford Waterfront.
There will be a range of activities at the finishing line, including balance bikes for children, tyre repair demonstrations, bike safety information and e-bike taster sessions with Physiofit West Wales.
The event, which takes place on Sunday, April 14, is run by Milford Waterfront, Pembrokeshire Sport and Milford Tritons Cycling Club.
The event is free, but all participants must have a roadworthy bike and wear helmets at all times during the ride.
Children under the age of 18 must have parental consent, and those under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Register at the car park next to the Welsh Bakery, off Robert Street, between 9am and 10.30am, and the challenge starts at 11am.
