POLICE are appealing for witnesses after 17 bundles of tanalised timber were stolen from the Old Priory Inn, Monkton.
The specially-treated timber was stolen between 5pm on April 8 and 8am on April 9.
A police spokesman said: “This incident has occurred as an unknown person has climbed over a fence and entered a secured yard and stolen the bundles of timber,” adding: “Anyone with information regarding this matter are asked to contact PC 1003 Clarke, at headquarters Carmarthen, tel 101, ext 23600.”
