CRIME figures have dropped overall in Milford Haven and surrounding areas, the latest figures have revealed.
Milford Haven saw 139 crimes recorded in May, against 153 in April, while the Milford rural are saw 58 crimes in May, up from 48 in April.
Milford Haven saw 22 criminal damage or arson, up from 20; 14 drugs charges; five other theft, down from 14; nine public order, down from 13; eight shoplifting, up from five; 66 violence and sexual offences, down from 72; three possession of weapons, up from two; five other theft, down from 14; five burglary, down from six; five other theft, down from 14; and two vehicle crime, up from one.
The surrounding area saw nine antisocial behaviour; four criminal damage and arson; 21 violence and sexual offences; two vehicle crime, up from one; 11 other theft, up from four; three drugs, up from two; five public order, up from two; and one burglary, down from two.
