A Llandysul motorist has been fined for having no licence
AN 80-year-old Llandysul driver must pay fines and costs of more than £400.
Bennie Danford Bethell, of Saron, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to driving a Mitsubishi pick-up without a valid licence on the B4335 Saron to Pentrecwrt road on August 27.
He also admitted using the vehicle without a valid MOT test certificate.
Bethell was fined £146 for each separate offence and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £32 victim surcharge.
