A PEMBROKESHIRE school has said they are following all coronavirus advice given as they prepare to go out to Disneyland Paris.

Pupils and staff from Coastlands school, along with parents and relatives, are due to fly out to the French capital on Thursday to perform in a Welsh festival at the weekend.

They are one of four schools due to perform in Disney but concerns have been raised about the coronavirus outbreak.

Headteacher Mrs Groves said they were following all advice being given by the interim Director of Education and Public Health Wales and that they were all excited to be going out there.

According to reports in France, 120 schools have closed in an area just north of Paris and over 100 cases of the disease have been confirmed.

A parent who contacted the Western Telegraph said that if the school went ahead with the trip, she would self-isolate her children once the school returns.
