A Llandysul motorist has been fined for speeding
A LLANDYSUL driver was caught speeding at 84mph in a 70mph zone on the A40 at Carmarthen.
Phyllis Kim Hand of Coed y Bryn, Llandysul, pleaded guilty under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court to speeding while driving a Vauxhall Zafira on October 15.
The 28-year-old was fined £69, with £85 costs and a £32 victim surcharge, along with three penalty points on her driving licence.
