A DEMONSTRATION is being planned in Cardigan tomorrow (Saturday, June 6) in support of the Black Lives Matter campaign and following the death of George Floyd in America.
The plan is for people to walk from their homes to meet at the junction beneath the Castle onto Cardigan Bridge, while observing social distancing rules, at 11.30am.
There will then be an eight minutes silence.
Organisers on Facebook said: “Safety is paramount, exercise caution with all your activities, and respect Covid-19 guidelines while on your daily exercise. Please consider wearing a mask."
There is then a further gathering and march from the Guildhall at noon.
