POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of robbery after a raid at a Milford Haven estate today, and are appealing for further information from the public.

A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said the force is investigating a report of robbery which occurred on The Mount in Milford Haven this morning.

"At approximately 10.45am this morning, November 26, a Post Office cash driver was approached by a man who made threats and the suspect then made off with a cash box on foot," said the spokesperson.

"The victim was not injured.

"A 34-year-old male has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and currently remains in police custody.

"Police are keen to speak to a second man who is described as being bald and chubby, wearing black shorts to the knee and a black jumper with white writing on it."

Anyone who witnessed this incident or has information as to the whereabouts of the second man is urged to contact police immediately on 101.
